Installation & Commissioning
Wafer concentric butterfly valve must be quipped with assembling flangeThe sealing surface need be protected for preventing bumps when handle the butterfly valve.The sealing surface need be throughly wiped clean before installation for removing dust and dirtlt will need double-flange installation when make pressure testing works as per the standard of GB/T13927-92.The openning and closing stroke of control mechanism should be adiusted well before electric butterfly valve leaves factoryThis will prevent any wrong direction when the power is turned on, user must manually tur it on to the half-open position
before turning on the power for the first time.Clockwise to close butterfly valve and counterclockwise to open butterfly valve when manual operation, And no more forcesis allowed to open or close butterfly valve when the pointer is in place.
Put the butterfly valve into the middle of the special flange at both ends of the pipeline, and use the double head bolt throughthe pipeline flange and clamp butterfly valve to lock tightly, then it can be used normally.
