Introduction:

BS5163 gate valve is a British standard gate valve, which can be sealed with soft seal and hard seal. The soft seal can compensate the deformation of the entire gate, achieve a good sealing effect, and overcome the phenomenon of poor sealing, leakage or corrosion of the general gate valve. The valve has the advantages of easy opening and closing, reliable sealing, light weight and long service life.

Application:

BS5163 gate valve can be widely used in tap water, sewage, construction, petroleum, chemical industry, food, medicine, textile, electric power, shipbuilding, metallurgy, energy system and other fluid pipelines to cut off or adjust the flow of medium.

Description:

1. The bottom of the valve adopts the design of the light bottom valve seat with the same inner diameter of the pipeline, which will not cause debris to accumulate and has more reliable sealing;

2. The gate is covered with high-quality rubber as a whole. The advanced rubber vulcanization technology enables the gate to be vulcanized to ensure accurate geometric dimensions. The rubber and ductile iron cover is firm and not easy to fall off;

3. The valve body adopts non-toxic epoxy coating, which has excellent anti-corrosion performance and can isolate the secondary pollution of drinking water;

4. The valve stem adopts three O-rings, with low friction resistance, light switch and good sealing performance;

5. The valve stem is made of 2CR13 material, which has high strength, light weight and long service life.
