3. The equipment test method is, adjust opening and closing position of butterfly valve ¡ú set water pressure in test pipeline ¡ú close butterfly valve ¡ú pressurize one end of butterfly valve to 1.76 MPA ¡ú hold set time ¡ú open butterfly valve with pressure ¡ú hold set time ¡ú close butterfly valve, loop through the test as above. Record the data in the process.

4. The test medium is water, the temperature is set to 60 ¡ã C during the day, and adjusted to normal temperature at night.

5. After 10626 times with water pressure open and close, test butterfly valve sealing OK, torque normal, the valve seat cavity integrity without damage, valve plate without wear. (see photo)
