Precautions For Installation Of Butterfly Valve
Installation environment: The butterfly valve can use it indoors and open -air, but in the case of corrosive medium and rusty occasions, the corresponding material combination should be used.
Device place: It must be installed in the place where it can be fully operated, and it is easy to maintain, check and repair.
Surrounding environment: temperature -20 ¡æ ~+70 ¡æ, humidity below 90%RH. Before installation, you should first check whether the valve meets the requirements of the operating conditions according to the nameplate logo on the valve. Note: The butterfly valve does not have the ability to resist high pressure differences. Do not allow the butterfly valve to turn on or continuously circulate under the high pressure difference.
Before installation, remove dirt and oxidation and other debris in the pipeline. Please note when installing, and the medium flowing should be consistent with the flowing arrow marked on the valve body.
In the piping of the piping before and after, the flange interface is parallel, lock the screw evenly. Note that the pneumatic butterfly valve should not be excessive to produce the cylinder control valve. Please fix the proper support on the piping or the body according to the size and weight of the cylinder control valve.
Maintenance precautions
Daily inspection: Check leakage, abnormal noise, vibration, etc.
Regular inspections: Regularly check whether the valve and other system components should have leakage, rust, and stuttering, and maintain, clean and dust removal, remove residual stains, etc.
Decomposition inspection: The valve should be regularly decomposed and maintained on a regular basis. During the decomposition and maintenance, the parts should be re -washed, removing foreign objects, stains and rust spots, replacing damaged or severe pads and fillers, and correction. Only after passing.
If the abuts of the fluid are found during the inspection of the pneumatic butterfly valve, please do not contact or close to the cylinder control valve by hand before confirming the integrity.
