How to maintain the groove gate valve?
The groove gate valve overcomes defects such as rubber aging and rust. Groove gate valve is a control unit for pipeline fluid transportation system, which is used to change the flow direction of channel sections and media, and has functions such as diversion, stop, throttling, check, diversion or overflow. 4. The insulation jacket should have no dents or cracks.
5. Run the groove butterfly valve to avoid jumping or support heavy objects.
6. Attention should be paid to checking the storage environment of the SMC pneumatic valve in the groove. It should be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and both ends of the channel should be blocked.
7. The groove gate valve should be regularly inspected for dirt and coated with anti rust oil on its surface.
8. Install and apply groove gate valves to handle daily maintenance and ensure their normal operation.
9. The sealing surface of the groove gate valve should be checked for wear and repaired or replaced according to the situation.
10. Check the threads of the valve stem and valve stem nut to see if the packing is expired and needs to be replaced.
11. Test the sealing performance of the groove gate valve to ensure its performance.
12. The operated Rexroth solenoid valve should be intact, the bolts on the flange and bracket should be intact, the threads should be undamaged, and there should be no looseness.
13. If the wheel is lost, it should be filled in a timely manner and the wrench should not be replaced.

In terms of manufacturing methods, there are several types, including casting, forging, forging welding, casting welding, and pipe plate welding. The forging body has developed towards the direction of large diameter, while the casting body is gradually developing towards the direction of small diameter.
