1. The leakage at both ends of the butterfly valve is caused by the sealing gaskets on both sides. The tightening force of the pipeline flange is uneven or not tight. The sealing gasket can be replaced to evenly compress the flange bolts.

2. The leakage of the butterfly valve cover is caused by the butterfly valve plate and debris inside the sealing ring. The sealing position of the butterfly valve and sealing ring is incorrect or the outlet flange bolts are not evenly pressed. The pressure test deviation does not meet the requirements. Remove impurities including the valve chamber. Adjust the turbine or electric actuator to limit the screw to achieve the accurate position of valve closure. The pressure test deviation does not meet the requirements. We should rotate according to the deviation of the arrow.
