The main function of groove gate valves

The groove gate valve is a double parallel gate valve with imported sealing method. The inlet valve plate consists of a sealing sleeve and an overflow valve plate that serves as the main sealing gate. The sealing sleeve and overflow valve plate move synchronously but are not connected. The pipeline pressure is transmitted to the valve seat on the outlet surface through the overflow valve plate and leveling arm, greatly improving the binding force of the soft sealing surface. The valve plate is covered with a rubber sealing sleeve. During the opening and closing process, the soft sealing material is kept at a certain distance from the valve seat, enabling it to work in a frictionless and stress free environment. The sealing sleeve isolates the liquid conveyed in the pipeline from the parts inside the valve core, preventing liquid corrosion and impurity blockage. The sealing material of this valve is very convenient to replace, and its service life is more than 5 times that of a typical gate valve.

1. Technical background: Existing gate valves cannot be used if the valve body, valve cover, and various components are intact and only the sealing surface is slightly deformed or corroded. The factory does not have these valves, which can cause waste. Therefore, the gate valve that users want is: the sealing surfaces of the valve seat and valve plate are not easily deformed, and the sealing materials that are easily damaged can be replaced. When opening and closing the valve plate, there should be no friction with the sealing surface or as little friction as possible to avoid various shortcomings of the soft sealing gate valve.

2. Scope of application: diameter φ 50- φ 400mm, pressure 2.5-4.0MPa, various room temperature liquids below 200 ¡æ.

3. The installation site of the groove gate valve should be cleaned, with lighting, water supply and drainage, and protective covers should be installed on the vulnerable parts of the external surface of the equipment. No items shall be stored or loaded on the equipment.

4. To prevent electrochemical corrosion, groove gate valves should avoid scratching the surface during transportation and installation of stainless steel and aluminum equipment and accessories. During construction, contact with other metals should be minimized as much as possible and can be wrapped in plastic cloth.

5. After opening the box, the installation position of the groove gate valve equipment should be closed. No unauthorized persons are allowed to enter the scene. The installation site should be spacious, bright, clean, dry, and windproof, rainproof, and snowproof. Equipment and accessories should be stored separately, and moisture-proof measures should be taken in the stacking area to avoid collision, causing surface scratches and damage.

For slot gate valve equipment, there should be buffer pads at the binding points on the accessories to prevent damage to the equipment. Hoisting should be carried out to prevent rework. When installing accessories, handle them gently and choose a reasonable lifting position when lifting heavy objects.
