The installation method of swing check valves is similar to that of ordinary check valves, and the specific installation method is as follows:

1. Before installation, the swing check valve shall be treated first, the blind cover and foam plate at both ends of the valve channel shall be removed, the inner cavity shall be cleaned, the oil stain shall be removed, the oil paper on the valve disc surface shall be stripped, and the oil stain on the valve disc surface shall be removed

2. Select a suitable installation location and install the swing check valve on the pipeline according to the direction symbol on the check valve. Be careful not to reverse the flow direction.

3. Allow the medium to pass through the pipeline, test whether it can prevent reverse flow of the medium, and confirm that it is normal.
